I would like to welcome every one that has come to check out my webpage. Let me introduce myself. I am Cliff Evans and I'm a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia. I've been at the beach for 13 years and tattooing for 9 years. I started as a local artist doing t-shirt designs for surf shops and other local companies. I fell into doing flash art for friends and then got my first tattoo and was bitten by the bug and was hooked. The rest is on going history.
